Client/Server Software facilitate to Sub Registrar Offices for its complete land registration including valuation of property based on market value, capturing photographs of sellers, buyers and witnesses, Scanning of deed document, Printing of Endorsement based on their deeds with captured photographs, Entry module for property attributes such as Khewat, Khasra and khatoni. Various MIS for revenue department for the better management. Recently PRISM 4.01 with scanning of deeds module and enhanced security features have been implemented at 17 Locations of Sangrur Districts. It will be replicated in all the tehsils of the state.

The is a online information system starting from token number generation to bill passing, bill objections, cheque preparation and compilation of final monthly account to be send to AG office Punjab. Receipt part is also taken care by this software. Summary of daily receipt & payment figures Online monitoring of budget is also done through this system.

It has been developed to maintain the record of various births and death occurred in the District. It also generates Birth and Death Certificate and various types of statistical reports.

It implements the Judicial working of the District Courts right from inception of the case in the District Courts to the disposal of the case.
Besides this the number of reports related to day to day judicial activities of the judicial courts has been incorporated into the s/w. e.g. Daily Cause list of the cases to be heard by the judges on respective days.
The payroll processing system has been in place in the District courts and has been used effectively by the concerned staff.
The old DCIS s/w has been working in all the District courts. It has been developed in C language. But it is being replaced by the new System.
