Client/Server Software facilitate to Sub Registrar Offices for its complete land registration including valuation of property based on market value, capturing photographs of sellers, buyers and witnesses, Scanning of deed document, Printing of Endorsement based on their deeds with captured photographs, Entry module for property attributes such as Khewat, Khasra and khatoni. Various MIS for revenue department for the better management. Recently PRISM 4.01 with scanning of deeds module and enhanced security features have been implemented at 17 Locations of Sangrur Districts. It will be replicated in all the tehsils of the state.
Status: Implemented on more than 115 SROs in Punjab.

The is a online information system starting from token number generation to bill passing, bill objections, cheque preparation and compilation of final monthly account to be send to AG office Punjab. Receipt part is also taken care by this software. Summary of daily receipt & payment figures Online monitoring of budget is also done through this system. Status: Fully operational in all 18 district treasuries and 60 sub treasuries of Punjab

It has been developed to maintain the record of various births and death occurred in the District. It also generates Birth and Death Certificate and various types of statistical reports.
Status: Implemented at Kapurthala.

It implements the Judicial working of the District Courts right from inception of the case in the District Courts to the disposal of the case. Besides this the number of reports related to day to day judicial activities of the judicial courts has been incorporated into the s/w. e.g. Daily Cause list of the cases to be heard by the judges on respective days. The payroll processing system has been in place in the District courts and has been used effectively by the concerned staff. The old DCIS s/w has been working in all the District courts. It has been developed in C language. But it is being replaced by the new System.
Status: New Windows based DCIS has been started in Patiala on Pilot basis and will be replicated to all the districts of Punjab in due course of time. In this year four new districts are being taken up for the implementation of NEW DCIS.

These web sites provide information about districts. These web sites contain information about districts, District Administration, major cities and towns of the districts, history and culture of the districts, places of tourist interest, industries etc. Public utility forms are also available for download.
Status: Hosted on NIC Server

It covers Issuance of Learner’s License, Driving License, Conductor License and Driving School License.
Status: Implemented at Rupnagar, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Muktsar, Ferozepur and Nawanshehar.

It has been conceived to facilitate citizen by capturing the input at a single point, defining a specified delivery date depending upon the type of service and accepting cash at the counter itself.
Status: Implemented in all the 17 districts of Punjab

It covers all the operations related to issuance of Registration Certificate for Vehicles.
Status: Implemented at Kapurthala, Ferozepur and Ropar.

Status: Software has been successfully implemented in various districts.
